Residing rules

Dear guests!

For check-in:

  • Estimated time in LOCATION HOSTEL:
    — Сheck in — from 1 p.m; 
    — Check out — 11 a.m.

  • A place in the Hostel is provided:
    for Russian Federation citizens providing:
    — Russian Federation citizen passport;
    — traveling passport;
    — military ID; 
    — for offices in Armed Forces of Russian Federation;
    — military ID — for soldiers, sailors, sergeants and master sergeants serving by conscription or contract;
    — sailors passport for citizens working at Russian ships sailing abroad or foreign ships;
    For foreign citizens providing:
    — foreign citizen passport or any other document set by the federal law or recognized according to international Russian Federation treaty as an ID;
    — migration card filled in on arrival in Russian Federation;
    — visa (if needed).
  • Children over 18 years old can stay in Location Hostel without adults. Hostel guests under 18 must have a notarized authorization from both parents for independent staying in Location Hostel.
  • Accomodation in Location Hostel is provided only after 100% payment.
  • The payment is charged at checking in. If checking out is later tan needed Administration can  charge the payment for next night.
  • At checking in guests pay the deposit - 400 rubles. The deposit is returned at checking out in case of all rules of staying following and bed linen returning.
  • Price for the place in the Hostel as well as the way of payment is set by Hostel administration.
  • The Hostel Administration has the right to settle guests to the room if there are vacant places, sex and age do not matter.
  • We inform you that you must register your staying in Russian Federation territory within 1 day after you crossed the border.  LOCATION HOSTEL offers the service of registration in St.Petersburg. Necessary documents - passport, visa, migration card.


Residing rules:

  • Distribution, storage and the use of drugs and alcoholic drinks is forbidden in Location Hostel.
  • Guest can invite visitors only to the reception zone, it is forbidden to bring visitors in living dorm rooms.
  • Obligatory keeping silence in dorm rooms from 11 p.m till 9 a.m.
  • It's forbidden to store the money, valuable things and documents in the dorm rooms. In case of such necessity Location Hostel gives possibility to leave it for storage to the administrator at reception or in the luggage room. The service is free. Administration is not responsible for the private things of the guests.
  • It is allowed to smoke only in special place for smoking. To smoke in any other places of Location Hostel is forbidden.
  • All communications with Location Hostel staff and its clients can be made only in a friendly and businesslike form. To talk in rude and impolite way is forbidden so as any form of profanity.
  • If Guest refuses to stay at the Hostel and informs about that less than 3 days before check-in date, the cost that was paid earlier is not given back.
  • The leaders of school groups are responsible for their group members behaviour.
  • Guest is allowed to keep some food only in refrigerator. To keep used food products and another meal in rooms is forbidden.
  • To listen to music is allowed only in headphones so as not to bring any inconvenience to other guests.
  • To play musical instruments and to turn the music on is allowed only in agreement with the administration of the hostel.
  • In case of breaking the rules of staying in Hostel Administration has the right for eviction the disturbers without returning payments.
  • All disputes, controversies and requirements that may come up between the Sides, including its breach, termination and invalidity will be discontinued if possible by negotiations and according to the Russian Federation law.
